Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room as it was our Anniversary which made our stay even more special. The spa facilities and pool was good too, nice to pop down to the pool for a swim. Will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here before Brighton half marathon. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. The sea view was a big bonus! Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of options too.

We visit Leonardo Waterfront hotel Brighton at least twice a year as we feel valued and treated like ‘family’. The staff make it feel like ‘home’ and are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is really lovely with fantastic views from the Sea view rooms and views of the Lanes at the back, the rooms are really comfortable and luxurious with fabulous service from the staff. The beds are so comfortable. There are fantastic views from the lobby and from the restaurant of the seafront and the location is great with the pier and many good pubs and restaurants very close by. I always stay for my birthday each year despite it being in January and the staff make it a wonderful stay. Ellie on reception was so welcoming, friendly and helpful and Jake, also on reception was also really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I felt that they both went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. In the restaurant I have to mention staff members Jean, who was friendly and welcoming every morning at breakfast, and the chef Indi was was always happy to make us omelettes or pancakes each morning at breakfast and was also friendly and welcoming. Leonardo Waterfront Hotel have a truly amazing team working for them. We cannot wait for our next trip there. Thank you

We were very impressed with the excellent condition of the hotel, the variety on offer at breakfast, including lots of healthy fresh breakfast options. We also thought the pool area was excellent; well maintained, clean and attractively designed. This hotel is really good value and certainly one of the best in the area

We love the hotel. We have two young kids and the location is perfect. Its a nice hotel with the huge inside bit where you feel almost outside but still warm. The breakfast is good and the pool is kid friendly. All the staff at your hotel are super friendly and should be commended.

All the staff were excellent. However I must commend the reception staff who went out of their way to provide a superb service. The room was excellent and could not fault the facilities provided. The hotel location is perfectly placed for all the Brighton amenities. Will definitely book this hotel on my next visit to Brighton.

The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location, making it perfect for a Brighton trip. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. A special mention to Juan who works at the breakfast buffet – he is our waiter whenever we go down in the morning and he is always super friendly, attentive and polite. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and you feel looked after. The breakfast buffet itself was great with lots of options and everything fresh and well presented. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed but still feels classy and well run. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Brighton!

The hotel is really lovely. Large room with firm comfortable bed, complimentary tea/coffee/water/biscuits, buffet breakfast with a good selection. I wanted to share my parking experience which ended up being fine despite prior concerns. Hope this helps others... The Lanes Car Park, to the side of the hotel, is clean and OK to negotiate, even with an estate car!. It has lift access to the hotel reception from levels 2 & 4 only. The public lift is out of order. There's step-free access to the street from level 1. Pedestrian entry to the car park from the street needs you to scan your parking ticket, so keep it handy. Parking is expensive! The hotel offers a discount, so I paid £29 instead of £49 for 24 hours. The hotel allowed me to check-out, and then coming back later to pay for parking, which meant we could stay longer. You pay for parking at reception, and they give you a voucher. At the payment machine in the car park, scan your ticket and then scan your voucher.
